    2. References to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

    5. We are a member of the National Pharmacy Association. Our membership number is 1281 757.

    2. Our ‘Ask the Pharmacist’ service is available to make general enquiries about our services or about the availability or use off prescription medication. Queries regarding prescription medications will be answered by a registered pharmacist but we cannot answer queries regarding medical issues or conditions which should be referred to your General Practitioner or NHS Direct.

    2. Formal complaints can be submitted and will be dealt with in accordance with the Lalys Pharmacy Complaints Procedure, a copy of which is available on request from stores@lalyspharmacy.co.uk.
