Celebration at New Pompey Pharmacy

Lalys Pharmacy in Portsmouth

As Portsmouth Football Club celebrates its fantastic achievements over the past season, one of its stars took time to visit and officially open the new store of club sponsor, Lalys Pharmacy, in North End.

It was all smiles amongst staff at the newest branch of Portsmouth pharmacy chain, Lalys Pharmacy as Pompey Midfielder, Terry Devlin, popped into the store to wish them well.

Terry, who has made several appearances on the team over the season and contributed a goal to a record that will see Pompey promoted to Championship level, gladly posed for pictures as he represented the club in wishing Lalys Pharmacy success in their latest venture.

The new store, located on London Road in North End is Lalys Pharmacy’s eighth on Portsea Island, with another three in Cosham, Gosport and Hayling Island.

‘It was great to have Terry come to mark the opening of our latest addition to the group,’ said Dr Raj Laly, Director of Lalys Pharmacy, which has been stepping up to the healthcare needs of the city since national pharmacy brands have been fleeing the high street.

‘We have been the Pompey’s Substitution Sponsor since 2019, and we are a year into a three-year deal, so to feel we have made a small contribution to the club’s success this season feels fantastic.’

‘In the past couple of years, we seem to have grown together and are grateful to the club and its fans for their custom and support.’
